General Return Policy:

Seven (7) day Return Policy. Customer satisfaction is my #1 priority. We gladly accept returns if your item was not described properly or was misrepresented in the product AD.

We accept returns on a limited basis only.

We respect the sellers' normal return policy; however Buyer's Remorse is not an acceptable justification for wanting to return an item to us.

The returned item must be received back to me in the opened box with all original materials, with absolutely no damage or missing things from the item(s) originally listed.

Insurance must be purchased by you (the buyer) on the return, in order to be eligible for a return, due to any possible issues with your return item, should it differ from its original listing when received.

Buyers must return the item using trackable shipping with delivery confirmation, or risk not qualifying for a refund if the item is lost in transit.

If tracking or delivery confirmation is not provided by the buyer returning the item, and the item does not appear in a reasonable amount of time, then we are not obligated to refund the buyer.

Upon receipt of the returned item, you will be refunded the purchase price that you had paid.

Please note that the shipping and handling charge, as well as the cost of return shipping, will NOT be refunded.

Buyer must contact us to initiate a return within 3 days of receiving the item.

We will acknowledge your email to confirm.

You have 4 business days after confirmation that a refund will be granted, to ship the item back to me.

Any Returns will be assessed a 10% Restocking/Handling Fee.

 

If we or our vendors make a mistake in shipping you a wrong item, you will be refunded fully for the puchase, and the Return Shipping cost back to the warehouse.

 

Refund against non-delivery (delivery through Shipper):

For delivery of goods through Shipper, our logistics partners will attempt delivery of the items thrice. In case the delivery is not executed during all the three attempts, due to recipient not available/premises locked, etc., the customer shall still be charged for the order. In case the delivery is not executed at all, the customers can request for refund against the non-delivered goods. We will handle any claims against any shipper for you.

Refund against cancelled orders:

For any approved cancellations and refunds because of a customer change of mind (after the order is placed), an amount of 10% will be deducted from the order amount as cancellation / refund fees, for restocking/handling.

Partial-Refunds:

In case of multiple goods being ordered, if the delivery is not done for certain items, customers will be refunded against the non-delivered goods or services, if they request it.
