Sometimes our Vendors are over stocked and other times they may have just run out of an item that is wildly popular. We try our best to keep up daily with many vendors and a changing environment. If an item is not in stock when you order, it is a surprise to us as well, because we had just confirmed stocks were actually plentiful. If by chance you order an item that just ran out (which should be rare!), we will immediately re-credit you credit card account, and email you the reasons (we won't play with your money).
