No, orders are accepted only online after securing your payment through the credit card information submitted by you or through PayPal or Google Merchant Accounts. Our Online Payment Transactions are processed by PayPal.Com, and Google.com.

There is no minimum purchase requirement. There is no maximum limit either. However, for your own safety against misuse of your credit card, we may require additional details before shipment.

At present we accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, credit cards and all major cards thru both the PayPal & Google Gateways only. Checks (eChecks)are accepted by PayPal. Your Credit Card details are accepted through either PayPal or Google's secure payment gateways, depending on which one you choose. All transactions are secured, powered by PayPal or Google, and capable of processing Credit Card transactions insuring that the information is encrypted before it is transmitted.

7. How do I feel sure that you have correctly registered the order placed?

8. How much time do you take to deliver after the payment has been made?

United States (US): We ship from 1-3 business days after payment has been made. However we strive for 1 business day to ship your product when possible. Worldwide Delivery (Outside the US): For delivery of goods in 'Worldwide Delivery' section, the prices are accommodated to include the international shipping and handling charges. Shipping Time is 24 hours to 7 days depending upon the product availability. Transit Time is 10 to 15 days depending on the Address (Country).

9. Which shipping destinations do you support?

The United States exclusively including Canada. Some products are allowable for International shipping, but that is determined on a case-by-case basis in each product AD. For delivery of goods in 'Worldwide Delivery' section, all the items are shipped to all the countries in the world.

10. What is the mode of delivery?

United States: USPS media, parcel post, first class mail, priority mail, express mail. UPS ground, 2-day air. Worldwide Delivery: For outside the US we ship the items through USPS International mail means. [Transit Time 10 to 15 Days]. Customer (Buyer)is responsible for Customs or Tariff charges on mailing arrival at your foreign country, if we ship this way.

11. My order is shown to be in 'Processing' state. What does it mean?

Your order passes through following states before it finally enters the 'Shipped' state: Processing: This is the default status for your order and it comes as soon as order is placed. Processed: Your order/payment has been approved by our payment gateway. We are ready with the product and the order will be executed as per your specifications. Shipped: Your order has been successfully shipped from our end; or Cancelled: Your order could not be approved by our payment gateway or we are not in a position to deliver the goods due to some constraints.

12. Cancellation and Refund?

You can cancel an item before it enters the shipment process, from our main webstore only at www.garagesale-bargains.com (contact us at info@garagesale-bargains.com to let us know). Usually if you email us within 24 hours of placing the order, we will be able to cancel your item(s) and refund your card account.

NOTE: At EBAY at our eBay store only, it is a different process. Once you bid on something at eBay, you are committed to the purchase according to eBay rules and policy. At eBay, Buyers Remorse (after a purchase) is not an acceptable reason to not want or follow through on a purchase of an item, you previously purchased.

13. How do I contact you regarding my order?

14. What if I have not received my product or my mailing within 7-10 days after purchase?

We can't speak for the shipper, but sometimes mail can be delayed in a shipping system. You can help alleviate this by providing your correct name and address in the check out process or updating your contact information in PayPal's or Google's database if your a member. Also check with your family members to see if someone brought it into your house previously, and didn't tell you.

15. What if I recieve the wrong item by mistake?

We ship ourselves, and use Vendors who ship seperately. If we or our vendors make a mistake in shipping, we will send you instructions on special return shipping back to us. You will be refunded all costs associated with the error.

16. What if I order something that is out of stock?

This would be a rare occasion. It is likely to happen on the vendor side as their stock fluctuates daily. Some items are highly regarded, and can become out-of-stock quickly, even though we check regularly with vendor supplies. If you have ordered something that becomes out-of-stock, we will email you and immediately refund your money in full right away. We don't play with your hard earned money, and these rare instances can happen at any online store these days.
